Yes. The public RICK IELTS learning areas are available free of charge. Masterclasses and future courses are separate paid offerings, so you can explore the public resources freely and choose later whether additional support suits your goals.
Start with the area closest to your current goal: Listening or Reading for comprehension, Writing or Speaking for communication, Grammar for language foundations, or another learning area for broader resources. If you are unsure, begin with the skill you find most challenging.
